My focus is always on the health and integrity of your hair while delivering styles that make you feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful. Whether you’re coming in for a protective style, a maintenance retwist, or a flawless wig install, you’re in good hands from start to finish. Booking & Deposits • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for ALL services at the time of booking to secure your appointment Service Policies • All services include a shampoo and blow dry. • For wig installs, wigs must be dropped off 48 to 72 hours before the appointment. Same day wig customization is an additional $40. Squeeze-In Appointments • Squeeze-in & After hour appointments are accepted and will include a $50 upcharge fee. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. Only one transfer is allowed—after that, a new deposit is required. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled and will still be subject to the cancellation policy. Please do your best to communicate if you are running behind.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time only when rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice.
After your one-time transfer has been used, a new deposit will be required for any future appointment changes.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
